Possibly a one of a kind creation from the genius makers at D & M tile company. We have found this stand before but NEVER with an actual matching 1930s vintage pot in the same pattern as the base tile. High quality wrought iron, 8" tile in base, matching pot makes this an incredible find. Tin glazed technique tile, minor tight hairline and crazing as is normal for this style. The pot itself has an "in the making" crack and a factory glazed clay divot on the rim as shown, also one hairline but is sound and intact and has no repairs. Perhaps it's unusual shape and firing difficulty is the reason this style was not put into general manufacture.
Measurements Iron Stand: 8" tile on base, 39 1/2 tall, 11" opening for pot. Pot: Very rare, 12" x 8" tall with factory flaws & hairline as mentioned above.
