Vintage Bauer Oil Jar in shiny orange glaze. This shape is tapered and is known as a #129 form.  It stands a tall 18 1/2" and is approx. 11 1/2" across at the widest point. Buff clay shows on dry bottom. Unmarked as is typical for these handmade pieces. It has an failed crack repair on the top of the donut lip (shown in pictures), which is visible. Otherwise there are a few glaze pings near base, no other issues. Needs restoration for the intact (faded) section, but it's a fabulous glaze and a great deal.
